"I discovered a whole in my eaves where a friend saw a squirrel entering. Research Pest Control came and checked for evidence of squirrels in attic. Sealed all possible entrances to attic and set live trap for squirrels and trip traps for rats. Returned after 3 days to
check traps and removed live squirrel. Reset traps and returned 2 more times and removed dead rats. When traps no longer resulted in rats or squirrels. they removed all traps. They were always prompt, professional. polite and pleasant. I would definitely recommend them!"

"Research IS great - Michael came out and set traps In our attic and blocked all the holes roof rats were gettIng in through. We live in the city of Austin and have a HUGE pecan tree directly next to our house. Rats love pecans! So, seven rats In our attic were killed by the traps In just two days. Creeped us out, for sure. Michael or his co-worker Mike (both great guys) came out twice a week to check the traps until there were no more rats. The cost for that was a reasonable $270 or thereabouts. Well worth It since my husband and I and our two cats want nothing to do with trapplng/killing them ourselves. Rats are a huge problem In Austin and we are so glad we found Research before those suckers ended up In bed with us. We also like that Research accepts credit cards, since we're Into those points."
