PEST CONTROL

We treat most pest problems by applying a water based chemical spray inside and outside of a structure. When treating your home indoors, we apply the spray to cracks and crevices and/or spot treat problem areas where pests hide. Outdoor treatments are sprayed around doors, windows and at the slab line.

Treatments can be performed quarterly, monthly, or as needed. Some pest issues require different treatments. Please contact the office for more information or request a technician to come and give you a free quote.

WILDLIFE CONTROL

We perform exclusions to keep rodents out of structures. During the exclusion process, we seal, patch, and close up holes that already exist, or have been created by rodent activity. Setting traps and picking up captured pests is included in this service.

Wildlife control also includes trapping and removal of raccoons, opossums, skunks and squirrels. Snakes are controlled by a repellant -- we do NOT capture snakes.

TERMITE

Termites can cause thousands of dollars in damage to structures such as houses, decks, and storage areas. A treatment for termites requires one of our certified technicians to treat slab areas outside and plumbing penetrations inside your home. The chemical used is TERMIDOR, currently the best chemical on the market.
